“A Total Loss....”

"After a fire tore through our vacation rental property we were left completely overwhelmed with what to do next. A total loss of a beautiful custom built 3 year old house and an entire summer rental season to go with it. After a few days reality set in and we knew we had to start somewhere. Police reports, fire reports, insurance company adjusters, and layer upon layer of paperwork.
